What determines the total?
- TV size: the booking flow offers 32–55, 60–75, 80–89 and 90–110 inch ranges. Tell us the exact model when handling or mount compatibility is unusual.
- Frame TV: select the Frame option so placement, included hardware and the One Connect cable path are considered.
- Wall: the current calculator distinguishes drywall, drywall fireplace, brick or stone, brick or stone fireplace, and tile fireplace. A plaster wall, metal studs, uncertain veneer or other special construction calls for photos and direct review.
- Cable treatment: choose no concealment, a paintable surface raceway, or in-wall concealment where feasible. A raceway can avoid opening a rental wall; in-wall power needs compliant components and an appropriate route.
- Mount: bring a compatible mount, or choose an available tilt or full-motion mount. Fit, load rating and movement matter.
- Lifting assistance and soundbar: choose whether installation assistance is needed and whether a soundbar is mounted or its wires also concealed. The displayed breakdown itemizes the selected options.
What is included and what is separate?
A standard installation covers placement planning, appropriate bracket attachment, leveling, mounting the TV, checking the agreed setup, protecting the work area and cleaning up. The exact scope depends on what you select. Additional mount hardware, special wall work, concealed power, a second installer, soundbar work or custom equipment can change the price; do not assume an option is included unless it appears in your current breakdown or written scope.
The calculator does not turn an unseen wall into a guaranteed installation. Photos help us assess a stone veneer, old plaster, metal framing, fireplace or recessed media box. If the wall or equipment differs from the selections, we review alternatives and any revised scope before work. We will not bury a standard power cord inside a wall.
How to get your price and an appointment

- Select the TV size, Frame status, wall, wire option, mount, assistance and soundbar that actually match your project.
- Review the total and the View Breakdown list. Change the choices if an answer was wrong.
- Continue with the complete service address to view the live appointment calendar and confirm an available slot. Same-day appointments are available; choose a time shown for your address.
For unusual surfaces, a very large display, a custom media wall, a fireplace with uncertain heat or cable access, or a mount you cannot identify, send the team a photo and equipment details. The team can explain what can be safely done and what requires a separate specialist. Do not select drywall simply to receive a standard quote for metal studs or plaster.
Price questions
Is a customer-supplied mount always cheaper?
Not necessarily. The current calculator prices each selection, and the mount still has to fit the TV and wall. Compare the live breakdown for your options.
Does a flush Frame TV include a hidden One Connect Box?
No universal package fits every Frame generation or wall. The box location, cable route, ventilation, access and recessed enclosure need assessment. Review Samsung Frame installation and send photos for a custom layout.
What if I need to change the appointment or have a question afterward?
Use the booking confirmation and contact information for appointment or installation questions. Our one-year installation workmanship warranty covers our mounting work and TV mounts we supply; TVs, soundbars and other hardware are not covered. Review the written scope for your specific job before work starts.
What if an existing TV must be removed or remounted?
Describe the old and new TV, mount, wall and address before relying on a standard mounting total. Removal, moving equipment, patching old holes and remounting are separate scope questions; they are not automatically included in a standard mounting selection. We confirm what the team can do and the written price before scheduling that work.
What about a fixed mount or a hidden outlet?
A compatible customer-supplied fixed or low-profile bracket can be reviewed under the bring-your-own-mount choice. A new hidden or recessed power outlet is a separate electrical-plan question, not a promise that all cords can go inside the wall. Send photos and equipment details so a suitable outlet and any qualified electrical work can be identified in the written scope.
