Our TV Mounting Installation Process
A clean installation starts before the first hole. We review the position with you, choose the mounting approach for your TV and wall, and finish with a walkthrough of the completed setup.
1. Agree on height and placement
Our TV Mounting Guides help you choose the position, bracket and finish before the appointment. Renting? Read the apartment permission and move-out checklist before scheduling changes to the wall.
We review your main viewing position, the room layout and the TV’s height and centering. A tape outline can help you picture a large screen or compare positions before we drill.
2. Check the TV, mount and wall
We confirm the TV’s mounting pattern and weight against the bracket, identify the wall construction and choose the correct attachment points. Drywall with wood framing, masonry and other wall assemblies require their own mounting approach.
If your existing bracket does not fit the TV or the proposed position needs a different solution, we explain the next step before installation.
Wall Surfaces and the Support Behind Them
The surface you see and the structure carrying the TV are two different parts of the installation. We identify both when planning the mount and cable route.
| Visible surface or construction | Installation planning |
|---|---|
| Drywall | Identify the supporting framing and the fastening system for the TV and mount. |
| Brick or stone fireplace | Identify the supporting masonry, mantel clearance and fireplace cable route. Decorative facing alone does not describe the support. |
| Concrete | Identify solid concrete, block or a finish over another structure before choosing the fixing system. |
| Plaster | Identify the wall construction behind the finish; a smooth plaster surface is not automatically a drywall installation. |
| Metal studs | Identify metal framing separately from the drywall covering it and match the fastening approach to the actual construction. |
| Shiplap | Treat shiplap as the visible finish and identify the structure behind it. |
| Fireplace wall | Identify the surface, supporting construction, fireplace type and cable route separately. |
Select the wall option that matches your setup in the price tool. If the construction is not listed, send us the wall and TV details so we can review the installation.

3. Plan cables and connected equipment
We agree on the cable finish and equipment placement included in your booking. Cable concealment creates a clean front view; a surface raceway provides a neat route along the wall when that is the right option for the room.
Samsung Frame setups also need a plan for the display’s connection equipment and access after installation. We keep power requirements and signal cable routing part of that plan.
A standard TV power cord does not belong loose inside a wall. We use an appropriate cable and power arrangement for the selected setup.
4. Protect the room and install
We protect the work area, manage drilling dust and secure the bracket and television. We check level, final position and the movement of an adjustable mount, then complete the selected cable and soundbar work.
5. Test and walk through the result
We test the agreed connections, review the installed setup with you and clean the work area. You can see how the mount moves and where your connected equipment is located before the visit is complete.
Installation support for one year
Your installation includes a one year warranty on our installation work. Damage to a mount supplied by the customer is excluded. Contact us if your completed installation needs attention.
